Mentoring and Character Development

DESCRIPTION: | Character Education and Mentoring Program. Offered at Evans as an elective course with curriculum that focuses on developing Leadership & Character in students grades 9-12. In upper-level course, students teach at partner elementary schools once a week. Program is at feeder elementary & middle schools, allowing students to be involved throughout 4th-12th grades. Program also includes a variety of out-of-school educational and adventure activities to further develop relationships and leadership capacity of students. |
